Is it summer yet?

Last weekend we became proud new owners of two 11' standup paddle boards!  The nice people at Tahoe City Kayak opened the shop just for us so we drove up to pick them up and the weather was gorgeous - we almost went out on the lake that day but at 27 degrees we decided to stay on land.

We've been wanting them for a couple years now but didn't pull the trigger until last weekend ... and then it started to rain, nonstop. We've got a couple good lakes right next to us which we'll be able to paddle on weekly and we're a quick 3hr drive to Tahoe so, to say we are excited for some warm weather (or even just some sun) is an understatement.
